Terms and Conditions

• The net rate above is inclusive of government tax and service charge, and daily breakfast for 2 persons and for 4 persons in the Family Villa. 

• Deluxe Hill Front, Deluxe Sea View, and Deluxe Panoramic View rooms are restricted to 2 persons only. 

• This promotion cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotions.

• There will be an additional charge for Krabi and Phuket International Airport transfers. 

• Additional Charges for a third person are listed below. 

• Adults sharing the room need to pay THB 800 net including an extra bed and daily breakfast.

• Children under 3 years old, stay free of charge when sharing the room with parents.

• Children from 0 - 3 years stay free of charge. Free of charge for crib.

• If an extra bed for children 4-6 years old is not required, breakfast is subject to a charge of THB 300 per child / per day. 

• Children 7-12 years old need to pay for an extra bed at THB 800 per person/night, inclusive of breakfast.

• Room reservation is subject to availability upon booking only.

• These terms and conditions apply to our Resort only. We reserve the right to change or cancel any of the above conditions without advanced notification.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable

• Full payment is required. Guests can make the reservation modification up to 3 times (subject to availability on that day) within the stay period but need to inform us 7 days in advance. 

• If the customer reschedules their stay to a different date than originally reserved, additional charges and expenses will be incurred based on the period specified in this promotion.
