Additional Guest Policy
- Adult extra person: THB 800 per person per night, including breakfast and extra bed
- Additional dinner guest: THB 999 per person
Child Policy
- –3 years stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents
- Baby cot for children aged 0–3 years is provided free of charge
- Children aged 4–11 years without extra bed: breakfast at THB 300 per child per day
- Children aged 12 years and above are charged as adults
Extra Bed Policy
- Extra bed: THB 800 per person per night, including breakfast and tax
- Maximum extra beds/baby cots per room: 2 except Family villa – 1 extra bed
- Deluxe Sea View is strictly for 2 persons only
- All extra bed and baby cot requests are subject to management confirmation
Day Tour / Snorkelling Trip Terms
Day tours include lunch, drinks, fruit, snorkelling equipment, accident insurance, round-trip transfer, and local guide service.
National park fees are not included for the 4 Islands Day Tour and Koh Rok & Koh Haa Day Tour.
National Park Fees
- Thai nationals: Free of charge
- Foreign guests – 4 Islands Day Tour: Adult THB 200 / Child THB 100
- Foreign guests – Koh Rok & Koh Haa Day Tour: Adult THB 400 / Child THB 200
Tour schedules and services are subject to weather and operational conditions. The Resort reserves the right to amend or cancel any tour or offer without prior notice.
Dinner Experience
For advance bookings, our Food & Beverage Team will contact guests on the arrival day to reconfirm the selected menu. Should any menu item be unavailable, suitable alternatives will be recommended.
The dinner included in this package excludes soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Any additional beverages or extra orders will be charged separately.
Beach dinner setup is subject to tide, wind, and operational conditions. While every effort will be made to provide a private setting, exclusive use of the beach area cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation for bookings cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival
- Full charge applies for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
- No-show: full reservation amount will be charged
- Our Resort reserves the right to keep the full paid amount of money in case of any early check-out.
